We are looking for a Marketing Operations Director to join one of the world’s largest retail technology start-ups, who will be accountable for driving efficacy on both sides of the balance sheet – both improved marketing results and cost reductions.
This role is the linchpin between commercial, marketing and Insights teams and is critical to meeting our growth plans. You will own marketing reporting, measuring value creation, driving efficiencies and insight reporting (web, social etc).
Need someone who is data and process driven as everyone in Marketing is creative.
We are looking for someone who (ideally) has implemented a marketing stack, worked at a business with more than 10M customers, has deep experience and insight in marketing automation, personalisation, data-driven marketing techniques, abilities in planning and development, governance, data management, and process improvement.
Through implementing state of the art digital marketing and other automated platforms that enable marketers and list experts to quickly deploy campaigns and interactions that maximize the customer journey.
An individual who:
- Is experienced at building marketing operations teams from the ground up
- Deployed global marketing automation programmes
- Led CRM function at large B2C or global organisation
- Produced quarterly reports on market and industry
- Owned reporting cadence for Global Marketing KPIs
This role reports into the global CMO.
