We are looking for a strategic, classically trained, brand marketing professional with 5+ years senior management experience to lead the global brand and value propositions for one of the world’s largest retail technology start-ups.
Ideally, someone from one of the world’s top B2C brands, experienced at defining and executing world class brand strategy, focussed on building valuable customer propositions and is all about the customer lifecycle. Some B2B experience would be good too.
This role oversees brand, social media, content, and loyalty marketing. You will be responsible for the growth, development, and leadership of a world-class propositions team, ensuring our social, content and loyalty strategies deliver economic and social value for customers and partners.
Excellent influencing skills across all levels of management within the organisation, you should be a dynamic, high-energy seasoned marketer who brings outstanding leadership and team development skills. You’ll possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be highly customer-driven, able to define a long-term strategy and drive execution.
Previous experience and working knowledge of consumer propositions and customer journey theory & best practice.
This is a global role, reporting into the Global CMO, so you should have experience working across multiple markets and know how to work “Global to Local”.
