Support the Head of Ownership & Loyalty in the strategic development of the CRM & Loyalty Program and reporting across Europe
Deliver your strategy within the framework of the CRM Centre of Excellence with expertise to think outside the box to develop small pilots, and develop & share best practices across every aspect of the Loyalty Program across Europe.
Lead the planning and development of an integrated CRM Campaign Calendar across email, push notifications and in-app.
Development of CRM Campaign Toolkits particularly for Flagship Launches (focused on Mobile) and Lifecycle Campaigns (Onboarding, Retention, Upsell/Cross-sell).
