Technical Capabilities Manager
A Global Technology B2C firm is currently seeking a Technical Capabilities Manager to come on board on a contracting basis. The TCM would be responsible for ensuring Marketing have the right process and technology to meet their objectives as well as developing & understanding how these work E2E across the customer lifecycle and whether they can be optimised to improve marketing results and/or reduce costs.
Responsible for gathering requirements across the business for new a Marketing stack, compiling these into a requirement documents and then running the RFP process.
Marketing stack includes:
- Marketing automation: Through automating our marketing programmes (centralise customer data and improve campaign engagement) we can improve interaction frequency, drive increased loyalty and higher engagement rates
- Campaign management: Delivery and personalisation of campaigns across all online and offline channels. Includes building member profiles, designing and building multi-channel member experiences
- Experience management: Having a platform that allows marketing to manage content and assets across web, mobile, app, social, email, push. That is, consistency across channels, personalised comms right place, right time
- Data management platform (DMP): Thinking about what it means for them programmatic and Marketing generally. How consolidating user & member data into a centralised platform can be used to get better information about our audience, helping us sell more targeted, more effective advertising, but also provide greater insight into the needs and interests of our members
