European Insights Manager – Our client, a global innovations company are looking for an Insights Manager to cover their European region, spanning 17 locations. This role will be based in Surrey and London / split between the two with some working from home.
As European Insights Manager you will sit in the Consumer and Market Intelligence team, partnering with the Marketing team for Europe to develop the brand further.
You will be defining a brand equity and campaign measurement methodology and rolling this out across Europe; you will also work with the global marketing organisation to embed global brand shared services and data.You will work with Category Insight leaders to segment consumers and define who you are targeting at brand level.
Further deliverables include cross category opportunities, identifying and driving application of brand insights in to the business working with the European Marketing team, also
European Insights Manager – skills required:
-Influencing and networking skills, able to engage a wide range of partners
-Strategic, intellectual with ability to work independently and handle ambiguity
-Able to communicate effectively across global business and marketing teams, able to ask tough questions
-Organised, systematic approach, speed is key
-Consumer focus.Strong experience in consumer research/consumer insight roles
-Solid experience working with marketing, driving brand and campaign development cross-category
-International experience – able to run multilingual research programmes
-Background working for complex matrix organisation
