Business Analyst

We are partnered with a Tier-1 Consumer Electronics brand who are hiring a Business Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract paying circa £200-£300 per day inside IR35).

The BA will primarily focus on ensuring user requirements are clear and documented, as well as partnering with the Online team, eCommerce Parter, HQ and wider support teams.

This role will:

• Establish relationships with all teams across Online, eCommerce, HQ and wider IT.
• Partner with the Project Manager during planning phase to ensure projects are setup for successful delivery.
• Deliver the business requirements in to specifications and process design.
• Document requirements of the project through writing user stories which are supported by acceptance criteria.
• Review and sign off solutions alongside the project team.
• Work with the wider PMO team for project delivery improvement techniques to ensure better-streamlined processes.

What you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience within Digital and eCommerce function, ideal but not essential.
• Proven track-record of delivering business requirements, process/functional design within eCommerce.
• Experience with Hyberis, ERP (SAP), Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle within Agile methodology.
