The Change Partners are recruiting an IT Service Delivery Management to join a global transportation and travel company based in London. This role will take responsibility over the day to day management of the company’s retail systems ensuring that regular dialogue is maintained with suppliers and that issues are appropriately escalated. The successful IT Service Delivery Manager will ensure the day to day management of all retail systems throughout the business, ensuring that regular service reviews are held and inadequate supplier performance is challenged and monitored. They will also assist I writing system policies and aid route cause analysis whilst keeping strong documentation of all retail systems and managing vendors.
Experience in managing retail systems service delivery
Experience of managing vendors/suppliers
Experience of contractual management
Previous experience of supporting complex operational and retail systems
Experience in structured incident and problem management support processes
Salary: £40-45,000 plus benefits and bonus
This role would suit an IT service professional with experience of retail systems, excellent communication skills that can oversee delivery IT delivery. The successful candidate will also structure incident and problem management support processes also.
