Service Delivery ManagerExcellent opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join a global travel and transportation business based in central London.This role will take responsibility over the day to day management of the company’s retail systems ensuring that regular dialogue is maintained with suppliers and that issues are appropriately escalated.
o Review performance weekly on open issues;
o Ensure contractual NPR’s are applied appropriately;
o Check and amend closed lists weekly;
o Check and amend spare depletion report weekly;Experience required:
·Previous experience of working within an IT systems environment.
·Experience of managing vendors/suppliers.
·Experience of contractual management.
·Previous experience of supporting complex operational and retail systems.
