We are looking for a strategic field marketing professional to join one of the worlds top 5 brands as their Head of Field Strategy and Customer Experience.

This is a newly formed leadership position, incorporating Retail Execution & Operations, Field Force and Training across the team.

We are looking for someone with experience of successfully formulating, implementing and evaluating Field Marketing initiatives at a senior level across previous organisations.

Someone with significant knowledge of the shopper journey and of customer needs today, and in the future. Experienced at working with and delivering through external and partner agencies.

Working with the Head of Retail, you will devise, implement and own all aspects of the Field Force strategy:

  • Act as the key strategic interface, proactively driving the relationships with channel partners, internal colleagues and through matrix working with the Training and Execution Teams will seek to set clear goals for the Field Agency.  
  • Communicate the Retail Field vision with clarity and purpose to all departments, divisions and stakeholders
  • Be passionate about all things Retail and lives and breathes the Shopper and the Shopper Journey.
  • Devise the overall vision for Retail to include: People, Customers and Commercial imperatives.
  • Collaborates closely with both Heads of Training & Development and Retail Execution to proactively support the Head of Retail to ensure the wider Retail Team Operation achieves it’s objectives and goals.  

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of Field Marketing experience, preferably working Brand and Agency side.
