We are looking for a strategic field marketing professional to join one of the worlds top 5 brands as their Head of Field Strategy and Customer Experience.
This is a newly formed leadership position, incorporating Retail Execution & Operations, Field Force and Training across the team.
We are looking for someone with experience of successfully formulating, implementing and evaluating Field Marketing initiatives at a senior level across previous organisations.
Someone with significant knowledge of the shopper journey and of customer needs today, and in the future. Experienced at working with and delivering through external and partner agencies.
Working with the Head of Retail, you will devise, implement and own all aspects of the Field Force strategy:
