Change Manager – Our client, a global retail group are looking for a Change Manager, for a 12 month fixed term contract.  Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will focus on developing a consumer-led proposition that focuses on creating a better buying experience for consumers. 

You will deliver a platform which is more consumer centric with the ability to enhance and disrupt the fashion retail sector, developing a £50m global business proposition.

As Change Manager, you will build a toolkit to link process, people and system changes, support building project plans and assess the change management impact of new projects.  You will coach leaders throughout the business including within the PMO, IT and HR functions and align their change management approach.

Change Manager skills required –

  • Strong communicator, solid understanding of change and change management processes
  • Experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Able to influence others and work towards a common goal, flexible and adaptable
  • Experienced working within a large organisation
  • Change Management certification (desirable)
  • Strong at networking and relationship management
  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills
