We are looking for EMEA Commercial Director for the worlds leading Gen-Z technology businesses.
A commercial leader who will be responsible for all the EMEA commercial teams, structured across four units:
- New Business Management
- Customer Success
- Strategic Account Management
- Advertising Operations
Someone to ensure that best practice across each function is being adhered to, can provide strong coaching and leadership, and ensures the business hits its audience growth, engagement and revenue targets.
We are looking for a great leader, who has significant team management experience (10 to 15 people upwards) and revenue responsibility of £15Million upwards.
The current commercial division is functioning well and is profitable. The business currently operates a “direct to brand” model, but the growth opportunity it opening up engagement with media agencies across the industry.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience across the Publisher and Agency landscape and a strong personal network across this space. We are looking for someone who can come in and quickly help form strong commercial agreements with the leading Media Agencies across EMEA.
We want a commercial leader who can educate the market, lead the team and focus on value creation with brands and agencies.
