CX Strategy Consultant – Our client, a global Retailer are looking for a CX Strategy Consultant to join their team for a 12-month contract based in London and Surrey.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy, you will support project leaders, lead project modules and manage junior Analysts throughout the Customer Experience strategy worldwide. You will bring strategic thinking to the table, augmenting the team’s skillset with CX, new product development and design expertise.
This role would suit someone with a Consulting background, able to bring structure, depth, clarity and insights in to the current delivery landscape. Day to day you will be writing storylines, creating Excel modules, sourcing and communicating insights to the team whilst maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
CX Strategy Consultant skills required:
-Strategy and Marketing experience
-IT, telecommunications or consumer electronics background ideally
-International experience, or experience working within a global organisation
