Our task was to source and place their most senior digital leader who can drive increased market share and sales growth by placing digital at the heart of the business, developing new digital business models, products, services, partnerships and innovative connected retail experiences, to achieve their global business objectives. We wrote the job spec and helped define the job title to make it relevant to the role and marketplace.
We focused on senior European candidates with strong digital strategy, eCommerce, change & transformation experience who can drive change across large global organisations. Candidates who can connect newly developed “digital & online” strategies and experiences, to their “offline & traditional” retail experiences, to ultimately deliver more value and relevance to the end consumer.
We shortlisted a number of top digital talent from global FMCG, Luxury, Cosmetics, digital consultancies, wine and spirits businesses. The candidates interviewed over several weeks and met with key stakeholders internationally at a C-Level to appoint the right candidate.
