Working with the global head of supply chain technology for a global luxury brand we were tasked with helping them build an interim BA team across a range of specialist disciplines. This was part of a global change programme they were driving to increase business responsiveness in both digital and physical retail channels.
We were tasked with building a shortlist of more than 20 candidates in order to create a project team of 5 candidates for the client to hire. We pro-actively headhunted across more than 200 leading retail businesses to produce an extensive long-list of professional contractors for this team. This was then consolidated to provide an accurate shortlist against each of the disciplines required to complete the business analysis team.
The client interviewed a selection of candidates over a 1 week period in order to build an international BA team on with very specific skill sets. All of the candidates started within 4 weeks of the offer and the project was a success. All of the candidates completed the assignment and 3 contractors were re-deployed onto other projects within the organisation.
