Affiliate and Partnerships Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Affiliate and Partnerships Marketing Manager to join a high-growth D2C company.

This role sits within the eCommerce function, owning the strategy and execution of partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and brands for the UK market. It’s ideal for someone who is number-driven, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, international, multicultural environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy and execution of partnerships across affiliates, influencers, and brand collaborations.
• Build and manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and strategic partners, negotiating commercial agreements and performance-based deals.
• Align internal stakeholders, including legal, brand, and performance teams, to enable smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
• Analyse partnership performance and optimise for growth.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• You bring experience in digital marketing, strategic marketing, business development, or influencer marketing.
• You are number-driven with a strong analytical understanding, able to turn partnership data into clear decisions, not just reports.
• You have an independent, self-reliant, and structured way of working, and love to roll up your sleeves and take things on the road yourself.
• You are communicative, self-confident, and constantly strive for personal development
• Previous experience working within the UK market is desirable.
