Key Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execution of partnerships across affiliates, influencers, and brand collaborations.
- Build and manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and strategic partners, negotiating commercial agreements and performance-based deals.
- Align internal stakeholders, including legal, brand, and performance teams, to enable smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
- Analyse partnership performance and optimise for growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- You bring experience in digital marketing, strategic marketing, business development, or influencer marketing.
- You are number-driven with a strong analytical understanding, able to turn partnership data into clear decisions, not just reports.
- You have an independent, self-reliant, and structured way of working, and love to roll up your sleeves and take things on the road yourself.
- You are communicative, self-confident, and constantly strive for personal development
- Previous experience working within the UK market is desirable.
