Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join a Tier 1 consumer electronics company.
The Change Partners are working with a leading global Consumer Brand who are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager within their DTC division. We’re seeking a data-driven individual with proven experience in Affiliate Marketing to develop and deliver top marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver the Affiliate Marketing strategy and approach, ensuring KPIs and agreed targets are hit across product divisions.
• Own and manage the Affiliate Marketing budget.
• Ensure all Affiliate activity drives cost-efficient revenue growth.
• Work closely with the Affiliate agency, building strong relationships to ensure activity is continuously being optimised and improved.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure offers are promoted effectively across the Network and activity is delivered on time, to budget and exceeds sales targets.
• Present during the weekly trading meetings the last week’s performance and forward priorities.
• Strong focus on brand.com site and affiliate storefronts.
• Support the API and technical integrations to ensure activity is personalised, timely and relevant.
• Work across effectiveness and efficiency (e.g. CVR and ROAS).
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, preferably for a large, multi-national ecommerce business.
• Have an excellent knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, and demonstrable experience of growing DTC traffic and revenues.
• Commercially focused and data-driven individual with excellent project management skills.
• Knowledge of common Affiliate Marketing tools.
• Be on top of the latest trends in the industry and broader context in Digital Marketing industry (e.g. cookie deprecation) and corresponding challenges.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office per week.
