Job Description
The Change Partners are working with a tier-1 global consumer electronics brand who are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to support the growth and performance of their D2C online store across Europe.
This role sits within the European performance media team and will focus on driving the affiliate channel's effectiveness across multiple European markets. You’ll work closely with local teams to optimise performance, improve revenue contribution and scale affiliate partnerships across the region.
We’re looking for someone highly organised with strong analytical skills and experience working with partner-led marketing channels.
This is a contract role, initially until the end of the year, with yearly extensions, offering a day rate of £240 via umbrella.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the growth and optimisation of the affiliate marketing channel across multiple European markets.
- Analyse channel performance, identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, conversion and overall revenue contribution.
- Manage relationships with affiliate networks and publisher partners, supporting campaign delivery and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (eCommerce, marketing, regional stakeholders) to align campaigns and initiatives.
- Troubleshoot tracking, reporting and platform issues (e.g. Awin), ensuring campaigns run effectively.
- Deliver regular reporting and translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Support a range of campaigns and initiatives, including product launches, demand generation and tactical growth activity.
Your background:
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing or performance marketing within an eCommerce or D2C environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with affiliate platforms (e.g. Awin or similar).
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across different markets or regions.
- Experience working with retail or consumer-focused brands is highly beneficial.
This is a hybrid role offering 3 days on-site.
