We are working with the world’s leading Gen-Z technology businesses. Our client's platform hosts and represents the world's leading consumer brands, to the world's most valuable and growing audiences.

This is a newly created role within the Operations Partner team for an experienced Affiliate Tracking Operations Manager. You will own the operational and technical relationships with their large affiliate networks.

This role will have 3 main areas of focus:

1) You will be tasked with enhancing the business tracking accuracy, improving data collection and quality to drive business performance improvements to uncover lost value and revenue.

2) Working with the Affiliate Networks to develop new ways for increased "attribution recognition"

3) Drive process improvement internally with different divisions (Commercial, Account Management, Product & Finance) and externally (with Affiliate Networks) to drive change and innovation for increased accuracy, effectiveness and value creation.

We are looking for an individual who is technical, understands how Affiliate Networks operate across different platforms (web/app), understands the changing 1st, 2nd & 3rd party data & cookie landscape, user privacy & consent, and can work with different stakeholder groups in a pre and post sales capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational and technical relationships with affiliate networks.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on affiliate network tracking and attribution.
  • Support internal stakeholders (Commercial, ADs & AMs) with affiliate tracking expertise during pre-sales processes.
  • Integrate 3rd party insights with internal data to identify and address tracking issues.
  • Lead affiliate network integration and audit initiatives to improve tracking integrity and revenue.
  • Assist commercial teams and partners with technical queries and integration support.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to shape future developments.
  • Regularly check in with key affiliate networks to discuss integration improvements and new features.
  • Educate internal teams on affiliate tracking methodologies.

Experience Required:

  • Significant experience with affiliate network technology from a technical and operational perspective.
  • In-depth understanding of tracking and attribution approaches, including app-specific considerations.
  • Demonstrated partner-facing experience with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and anomalies in complex data.
  • Digital understanding: HTML, CSS, APPs and API integration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise based on business needs.
