Job Description

We are looking for an Artwork Production Manager to join an iconic premium chocolate brand.

This role is focused on bringing the brand to life across its global packaging portfolio. You will be a key part of the Global Brand Team, acting as the bridge between creative design and flawless production, ensuring that the packaging meets the highest standards of luxury and technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and print-ready production artwork mechanicals for all Global packaging, including core and seasonal collections.
  • Lead color management processes, including color proofing and control, to ensure consistency with established brand and packaging guidelines. 
  •  Ensure consistency and excellence across global packaging materials.
  • Manage and optimise the WebCenter online workflow system, ensuring timely approvals and the release of artwork files.
  • Ensure final mechanical artwork files are meticulously aligned across multiple mediums, formats, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Marketing, Regulatory, and Packaging Engineering.
  • Use deep technical expertise to proactively address and resolve feasibility issues with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project management of artwork and packaging initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are tracked and met with precision.??

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in artwork production, packaging development, or pre-press management, preferably within premium FMCG or luxury goods.
  • A creative mindset combined with a perfectionist's eye for detail.
  • Expert knowledge of print production processes, color management, and packaging artwork development.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders across global markets.
  • Familiarity with artwork workflow tools, especially WebCenter, or similar systems.??
