Job Description
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Lead to join one of the world’s leading consumer technology brands.
You’ll take ownership of B2B marketing across the UK for the Mobile Experience division, shaping the strategy and driving commercial growth across smartphones, tablets, rugged devices, computing, software, and services.
You will develop and deliver quarterly marketing plans, lead campaigns across SME, Large Enterprise, and Education segments, and ensure all activity supports lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue targets.
This role requires close collaboration with sales, product, PR, social, media, and European and global HQ teams, so strong commercial, leadership, and communication skills are essential.

This role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the quarterly B2B marketing strategy across SME, Large Enterprise, and Education audiences.
- Lead the full B2B customer journey — from awareness and consideration through to purchase and loyalty.
- * Drive measurable commercial outcomes including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- * Manage quarterly B2B marketing budgets and optimise spend to support growth and new initiatives.
- * Build and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple product categories.
- * Create practical marketing toolkits including messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials, and activation assets.
- * Lead and support the B2B Marcomms team, fostering a high-performing, execution-focused culture.
- * Manage agency relationships to ensure strong creative delivery, accountability, and performance.
- * Collaborate with key partners (Google, Intel, Microsoft) and internal teams (PR, Social, Media) to deliver coordinated multi-channel campaigns.
- * Use market insights and customer data to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign execution.
- * Represent B2B marketing in senior leadership discussions and drive alignment with sales, product, and regional teams.
- * Work closely with European and global HQ to ensure consistent strategy and aligned execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing leadership, ideally within technology, mobile, or enterprise solutions.
- Experience delivering end-to-end, full-funnel B2B campaigns with measurable commercial impact.
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to translate marketing performance into business outcomes.
- Experience in demand generation, CRM, media planning, and campaign management.
- Skilled in managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret insights and optimise performance in real time.
- Confident communicator with the ability to present to senior leaders and influence decision-making.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Experience working with global teams is highly desirable.
