Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Manager (Mat Cover) to join the UK business of one of the world’s leading consumer electronics brands, working within its fast-growing Domestic Appliances division.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver bold, creative marketing that strengthens brand leadership across connected home categories, including Refrigeration, Laundry, Cooking, and Cleaning.


You will support the development and execution of brand strategy across the full marketing mix, working cross-functionally with product, sales, retail, and corporate marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns and product launches.

Brand Strategy & Campaign Activation
  • Define and activate brand positioning and messaging across all communication channels
  • Support the planning and delivery of new product launches and seasonal campaigns across multiple appliance categories
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand strategy across paid, owned, and retail touchpoints
Campaign Delivery & Asset Management
  • Manage creative development, messaging, claims, localisation, and approvals, working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Support the creation and rollout of go-to-market toolkits to ensure flawless execution across all channels
  • Own and maintain the brand asset library, ensuring content is current, relevant, and easily accessible
Performance & Market Insight
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance against key KPIs such as engagement, sales uplift, and ROI
  • Monitor market and competitor activity, translating insights into clear actions and recommendations
  • Support regular reporting and performance updates to the wider brand team

We’re Looking For
  • Experience in brand marketing, ideally within consumer electronics, FMCG, or agency environments
  • Proven contribution to successful marketing campaigns and/or product launches
  • A highly organised, proactive marketer with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence using data and insights to inform decisions

This is a hybrid role, based in Chertsey, Surrey, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
