Job Description
The Change Partners are working with a globally recognised FMCG group who are looking for a Business Analyst to sit within the Sustainability & Responsibility business unit. (French and English speaking is essential)
You will sit within a Technology function, embedded in a dedicated Sustainability & Responsibility product squad. Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate across Manufacturing, Procurement, HR, Finance and Legal to help deliver on a structured 2030 ESG roadmap — covering climate, water resources, biodiversity, pollution, health & safety, human rights and compliance
What you will do:
- Gather and analyse data across environmental, social and governance workstreams in close partnership with business and data teams.
- Support the Product Owner in meeting obligations under major sustainability and supply chain regulations (including CSRD, EUDR and packaging-related legislation)
- Help define and track ESG metrics and KPIs to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
- Act as the agile specialist within the squad — facilitating ceremonies and ensuring ways of working align with broader Tech team standards
- Partner with developers to validate that technical solutions meet business requirements; contribute to testing, documentation and end-user materials.
- Coordinate roll-out planning with local and regional proximity teams.
- Contribute to L2/L3 incident management and resolutions.
- on. Convert business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, building and maintaining a structured product backlog through EPICs, Features and User Stories.
What we are looking:
- Minimum 2 years experience within Sustainability & Responsibility/ESG/CSRD.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of corporate S&R, ideally within supply chain regulations.
- Solid experience producing functional specifications, managing reporting and tracking project delivery.
- Strong interest in sustainability, ESG frameworks and responsible business practices.
- Bilingual French and English — essential
