Job Description
The Change Partners are working with an award-winning marketing agency based in central London, to hire an account manager to join their growing team and manage, grow and execute campaigns for their clients across the UK, US, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily client relationships, build trust, and help grow client accounts to meet department goals.
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Google.
- Create, manage, and optimize social campaigns to achieve key client goals like user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
- Research target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to improve campaign strategies and performance.
- Excellently collaborate with other areas of the business
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients
- Identify growth areas for your clients to generate revenue
- Build strong meaningful contacts with clients for long-term success and growth
- Keep up with the latest trends
The right person will:
- Experience in agency account management, with a proven track record of growth.
- You will need to have experience leading multiple client accounts end-to-end. From developing the strategy to executing and analysing the data.
- At least 3 years of experience managing paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Strong knowledge of ad formats, targeting options, and optimization strategies for each platform.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in using tools like Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex strategies and campaign results to clients.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work to tight deadlines
