Job Description

The Change Partners are working with a leading global technology brand who are looking for a Content Operations Specialist (Training and Enablement) to join their European Customer Service Office.

We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience across content operations, digital content management or learning platforms, who can manage content workflows across multiple European markets.

This is a contract role lasting until the end of the year, with a high potential to be renewed for another year, with a hybrid policy of 3 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital training content, including intake, scheduling, publishing, updating and archiving.
  • Work closely with central content creation teams to commission, review and deliver new training modules across European markets.
  • Conduct quality assurance across digital assets, ensuring linguistic accuracy, regional relevance, brand alignment and a strong user experience.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the central learning platform, including course uploads, catalogues, user pathways and curricula.
  • Partner with global and regional teams to support platform enhancements, UX improvements and the rollout of new content tools.
  • Support the implementation of digital credentialing and badging, ensuring accurate allocation and consistent standards.
  • Monitor content performance and platform adoption, using data and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Create and maintain content operations processes, SOPs, guides and documentation.

What we’re looking for:
  • 2–4 years of experience in content operations, digital asset management, LMS/CMS administration or a similar environment.
  • Experience managing structured content workflows, version control and/or multi-market content rollouts.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting on performance and translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with strong attention to detail and ownership.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, or similar, would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Credly, Easygenerator or Articulate 360 would be advantageous.
  • Experience within consumer electronics, engineering or telecommunications would be a plus.
