Job Description

The Change Partners are working with an iconic travel brand who are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team. We’re seeking a collaborative individual with proven experience in implementing marketing strategies across multiple countries and regions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the brand’s business goals.
  • Set measurable goals for campaign, branding efforts, and with a specific focus on customer acquisition.
  • Oversee the design and execution of continent-wide marketing campaigns, working alongside the Head of Marketing.
  • Ensure campaigns are tailored to fit local cultures, languages and customer preferences.
  • Work closely with Digital, CRM, Media, and partnerships teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage the continental marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, agencies, and vendors.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in travel or tourism.
  • Excellent written and verbal fluency in English is essential, with a strong understanding of Dutch desirable.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in marketing.
  • Results-driven and commercially astute.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and an appreciation of adhering to brand guidelines.

This is a hybrid role, with two days in the office per week.
