The Change Partners are working with a leading global technology enterprise to find a D2C Performance Marketing Manager who will work closely with the Head of D2C Performance Marketing and the Head of D2C Commercial to oversee a massive multi-channel ecosystem.

Your mission is to diagnose performance across Search, PMax, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliates, ensuring every Euro spent is an investment toward sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Diagnosis: Deeply analyse traffic quality, investment efficiency, conversion behaviour (CVR), and revenue contribution across all EU subsidiaries.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Develop prioritised action plans to improve ROAS and CAC. You won’t just suggest changes; you’ll outline the commercial benefits and support markets in executing them.
  • Investment Optimisation: Advise on the optimal channel mix and investment levels, identifying untapped opportunities in the affiliate space and beyond.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Translate technical performance data into simple, actionable narratives for senior leaders and Heads of Departments (HODs) across Europe.
  • Implementation & Monitoring: Track the adoption of your recommendations and review KPI delivery at set intervals to ensure regional alignment and success.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 5-8+ years in a similar role working at a global or European level position
  • Channel Expertise: Proven success managing and optimising Paid Search, PMax, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate marketing.
  • Analytical Rigour: Advanced ability to analyse investment performance and translate it into future strategy.
  • Commercial Acumen: A firm understanding of how digital metrics (Traffic, CVR, CAC) impact the bottom line of a large-scale D2C business.
  • Influencing Power: Comfortable challenging and guiding senior business owners and regional HODs.
  • Communication: Ability to distil technical complexity into simple, high-impact summaries.
  • Relationship Building: A natural collaborator who can maintain strong working relationships across diverse cultures and markets.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel across Europe (3-4 times per quarter) to work directly with subsidiary teams.
