Job Description
The Change Partners are working with an iconic Alcohol brand who are going through significant transformation and growth, now looking to add a Data & Insight Operations Manager to their permanent team.
The role will be responsible for the adoption and implementation of process to ingest data across their product stock and availability to ensure marketing, sales and operations teams are effectively managing input and output.

This role will:
- Own the dataset, including strategy and execution to ensure data is shared, distributed and effectively used internally.
- Responsible for depletions data and wider adoption roadmap.
- Establish process and maintain standards within data and insight.
- Partner with analytics, data, insight, sales, vendors and wider agencies.
- Ensure data and modelling is reliable and easy to ingest, as well as maintaining master data standards for reporting and integration.
- Support analytics team across reporting to enable performance growth, and insight development both locally and globally.
- Own and support project backlog and work with technical teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Continually adhere to standards and governance across the business, owning stakeholder relationships.
- Minimum 4 years experience within Product and Stock/Inventory/Supply chain data.
- Ideally experience within a alochol, food & beverage or related product environment with a sell by date.
- Proven track record of delivering ideas and progress on how data can support depletions, SFA and wider inventory areas.
- Strong understanding of data, insight and wider tools to support ownership and development of data absorption internally including process/workflows.
