Digital Business Consultant

 We’re looking for a Digital Business Consultant with strong AI and MarTech experience to support one of the world’s leading consumer technology brands. 

You’ll review how the CRM and eStore operate, find opportunities to improve them, and help deliver AI-driven solutions that boost personalisation, efficiency, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse current CRM and eStore processes to find gaps and improvement areas.
• Identify and validate high-impact AI use cases (e.g., personalisation, predictions, automation).
• Recommend and integrate MarTech tools, ensuring smooth data flow across platforms.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI and process improvements, including monitoring, testing, and iterative optimisation.
• Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, IT, and data stakeholders across Europe.
• Design & Architect AI solutions, identify high-impact use cases, and define the technical roadmap.
• Monitor performance, run tests, and optimise solutions.
• Create clear documentation, training guides, and governance for new processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM, MarTech, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of AI in a marketing or customer experience context.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/MarTech platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, SAP Hybris).
• Solid knowledge of data integration, CDPs, segmentation, and API-led workflows.
• Proven ability to turn business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Consulting experience is a plus; consumer electronics or retail experience preferred.

This is initially a 12-month contract, with a view for extension.

This is a hybrid role based in the London area.
