In this highly visible role, you will lead complex regional employee relations matters, influence HR policy development, and partner with senior stakeholders across Europe to ensure consistent, commercially focused and legally compliant people practices. Working within an international HR team, you'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement across employee relations, governance and policy.

If you are an experienced Employee Relations professional who enjoys navigating complex challenges, influencing across multiple markets and shaping regional people strategies, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

We are looking for:

  • Someone with strong knowledge of employment law and HR policy, combined with a commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • An individual who thrives in international, matrix organisations and enjoys collaborating across diverse cultures.
  • A proactive professional with a passion for continuous improvement, governance and delivering best practice HR solutions.
  • Experience working within large multinational organisations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex Employee Relations casework across multiple European countries, providing expert guidance and practical solutions.

• Partner with regional HR teams, employee representatives and senior stakeholders to develop and implement effective ER strategies.

• Drive the development, review and implementation of regional HR policies, ensuring compliance with changing legislation and business requirements.

• Support investigations into sensitive employee relations matters, providing recommendations and coaching HR colleagues on best practice.

• Identify regional ER trends through reporting and data analysis, using insights to recommend improvements and preventative initiatives.

• Lead and contribute to regional HR and Employee Relations projects, driving consistency and continuous process improvement across Europe.

• Build strong relationships across regional HR teams, Centres of Excellence and external legal advisors where required.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing complex Employee Relations matters within a multinational European environment.

• Strong understanding of employment law and HR policy, with expertise in at least one European jurisdiction.

• Experience working with employee representative bodies, consultation processes and cross-border HR initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across multiple countries and cultures.

The role offers:

• Hybrid working – three days in the office and two from home.

• Competitive salary, bonus and comprehensive benefits package.

• The opportunity to influence Employee Relations strategy across Europe within a globally recognised organisation.

• A highly visible role with excellent exposure to senior leadership and long-term career development opportunities.

If you're passionate about Employee Relations, thrive in complex international environments and want to make a meaningful impact within a world-class organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
