Head of Brand & Content Marketing
Central London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)

As Head of Brand & Content Marketing, you’ll lead the development and execution of the brand narrative across Europe, shaping how the organisation shows up in the market through compelling storytelling, thought leadership and strategic marketing programmes.
This is a high-visibility leadership role where you’ll work at the intersection of brand, content, media and digital marketing, partnering with product, sales and global teams to drive awareness, engagement and demand.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of the European brand and content strategy, ensuring a clear and compelling narrative across all channels.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Brand & Narrative Development
Define and evolve the brand narrative across Europe
Ensure consistent messaging across marketing campaigns, communications and industry engagement
Content Strategy & Campaigns
Lead the creation of impactful content programmes including thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers and social campaigns
Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels
Media & Channel Performance
Manage owned and paid media strategies to maximise reach, engagement and brand visibility
Optimise campaigns using data and insight to drive measurable results
Digital, CRM & Marketing Performance
Oversee CRM and lead management processes to track marketing impact and ROI
Work closely with sales teams to convert marketing engagement into commercial opportunities
Website & Digital Presence
Own and optimise the European website to ensure it delivers a best-in-class digital experience and supports marketing objectives
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a small team while fostering a collaborative, creative and high-performance culture
About You
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will likely bring:
Significant experience in brand and content marketing leadership roles
A strong background in B2B marketing, media, AdTech, digital platforms or technology environments
Proven ability to build compelling brand narratives and content strategies that drive engagement and growth
Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
A data-driven approach, using insights and metrics to optimise marketing performance
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across sales, product and marketing teams
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
