Head of Commercial Reporting

The Change Partners are working with an Iconic Travel Brand who are hiring a Head of Reporting and Analytics within their commercial team.

This is an exciting (Bi-Lingual, French and English) role owning all commercial reporting to C-level across the business, within both the Passenger and Cargo business (DTC & B2B), managing a team of 3-4.

Key responsibilities:

• Ownership of C-level Commercial reporting across the passenger and cargo business.
• Conduct data analysis and interpret Commercial Data to deliver insights and recommendations to support revenue objectives.
• Partner cross-functionally with multiple teams including Sales, Marketing, Commercial, IT, Finance, Digital and more.
• Ensure budget and forecasts align with business objectives, implementing risk mitigation as needed.
• Line manage a team of up to 4.
• Tracking, performance and KPI management.
• Develop process improvement to ensure there are continual development and efficiencies across ways of working.
• Implement training and development to enhance the team.
• Develop analysis of the market, provide recommendations and insights to help both businesses continue to drive revenue and market share.

Your background:

• At least 5-7 years of experience within Commercial/Analytics.
• Experience reporting to C-suite regularly.
• Fluent in French and English is essential.
• DTC travel or Cargo/Freight background preferred but not essential.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and ideally, internationally.
• Line management experience, at least 2-3 years.
