Job Description

We are looking for an Insight Executive & Analyst to support the delivery of a new customer service platform at one of the world’s top consumer electronics brands. 

You will join on a 12 month contract and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of platform surveys and feedback, drawing conclusions from data to meet the strategic business goals for 2024. 

This role will:

  • Evaluate customer experience data on a regular basis
  • Manage the operations of the internal platform savers and feedback including tracking and monitoring progress
  • Work closely with various internal teams to design and develop questionnaires, complete analysis and report writing.
  • Interpret data and storytelling to senior stakeholders, providing resolutions/solutions to meet customer requirements. 
  • Identify key areas to increase the efficiency of processes and implement feedback touchpoint. 
  • Support the implementation of the platform and provide training for the dashboard. 

We are looking for:

  • Over 3+ years experience working with a SaaS platform.
  • Extensive experience with Qualtrics platforms.
  • Understanding of customer experience platforms.
  • Previous experience working within market research/insight - Quantitive background.
  • Attention to detail and able to work solely as well as part of a dynamic team in a complex environment. 

The role is based in the London area and is a hybrid role allowing you to work 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home.
