This role is a cornerstone of the European ETO Category Management team, responsible for designing and executing the commercial action plans that drive regional targets across the mobile business.
Sitting at the intersection of big data and commercial strategy, you will be the bridge between complex analytics and executive-level decision-making. You will lead the formulation of European strategy across five key pillars: market demand, pricing, competition sensing, partner insights, and AI-driven data utilisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Demand Orchestration: Coordinate market demand shapes across 16 European subsidiaries, clustering growth opportunities and risks through local market sensing.
- Value Chain Pricing: Model the end-to-end pricing journey—from wholesale to market price—to ensure optimal demand alignment and compliance.
- Competitive Intelligence: Establish a high-frequency sensing cadence using TechInsights and GfK to maintain a real-time pulse on the market.
- Big Data & AI Innovation: Partner with global data teams to test business growth hypotheses and advocate for AI-driven methodologies in scenario planning.
- Executive Influence: Translate complex partner activities and data into compelling visual stories and actionable recommendations for cross-functional Directors and VPs.
What We’re Looking For
- Level: 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or category management within the mobile ecosystem. Ideally, in a European or global role
- Technical Foundations: You must possess advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel and have established expertise in advanced data modelling.
- Strategic Gravitas: Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and the ability to communicate confidently with Executive-level stakeholders.
- Global Mindset: Experience working cross-culturally with international colleagues and navigating complex business intelligence platforms.
- Purposeful Innovation: A track record of driving data-centric decision-making and process improvement.
- Hybrid: Three days in the office
