Job Description

The Change Partners are working with a tier-1 Consumer Brand who are looking for a Marketing Lead/Head of Marketing across their DTC electronics products for a full time position.

The role involves directing product launches and generating sustained demand for the laptop portfolio throughout critical sales periods. It also requires collaborating with key industry partners to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning product marketing campaigns annually and quarterly for the Laptop and Computer category.
  • Ensuring marketing executions are world-class and yield outstanding outcomes.
  • Guaranteeing all marketing spend meets required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals, leveraging a strong test-and-learn approach.
  • Maintaining creative excellence and protecting brand integrity, working closely with regional and global headquarters.
  • Overseeing Integrated Marketing Planning: ensuring paid, earned, and owned media strategies are perfectly aligned with varying audience needs and category trends.
  • Managing all agency relationships and maintaining synergy with agile, fast-focused loop teams.
  • Cultivating relationships with third-party channels and partners to initiate co-marketing activities.
  • Developing strong professional relationships across all DTC functions, integrating plans with wider marketing, sales, and Omnichannel teams.
  • Providing counsel on marketing and Omnichannel executions driven by data and insights.
Your background:
  • 7+ years of experience across Omnichannel Marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience across Laptops, Computing or similar.
  • Able to lead a full marketing cycle across all channels including internal and external (agencies).
  • Strong stakeholder management with multi-cultural individuals. 
  • Able to work in a multi-matrix organisation.

The category is viewed as an exciting and important opportunity within Brand. Having already made significant progress raising awareness and growing market share in this relatively new category, Brand is now seeking a Marketing Lead to establish itself as a top consumer PC brand in the UK market.
