Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the UK business of one of the world’s top consumer electronics brands, creating and implementing marketing campaigns that drive user engagement of mobile and wearable digital services.

This role will support the delivery of Marketing strategy & execution for the brand's digital services through the “funnel” to app and drive usability & engagement. You will work cross-functionally with the product team, as well as with multiple stakeholders across the wider marketing & business.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
  • Execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement,
  • and retention across the Services apps.
  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns & in app promotions
  • (digital, social, email, etc.).

Performance & Analytics
  • Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and optimise campaigns.
  • Use data insights to inform user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign effectiveness and market trends.

Product & Growth Collaboration
  • Work closely with product and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with app updates, launches, and feature releases.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to drive app visibility downloads & active users.

Brand & Content Management
  • Develop compelling marketing content tailored to the app’s target audience, including
  • in-app notices, how-to videos, and social media posts.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and creative partners.

We are looking for:
  • An experienced marketing manager with “engagement” experience: Driving engagement across digital and mobile applications.
  • A marketeer who is also analytical, able to work with data, manage KPIs and drive campaign optimisation.
  • Comfortable with performance and analytics
  • Comfortable working with brand partners
This is a hybrid working role, 3 days in the office & 2 days WFH. 1 of the office days could be within a partner or agency office.
