We are working with a tier-1 consumer brand hiring an EU Partnerships Development Manager to join their fast growing Digital and Connected Products team, and play a key internally and externally-facing role in their European partnerships and growth strategy.

This is a strategic new partnerships hunter position, with international stakeholder management responsibilities. The team and business unit you'll join is a priority for the global HQ and is undergoing significant expansion. They are looking for someone to work closely with local markets to up-skill and oversee local partnerships, play a key role strategically as well as executionally, and take the lead on large scale pan-European projects.

Key responsibilities include...
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and local markets to identify and prioritise target verticals for new partnerships which will provide strategic business advantages.
  • Engage, negotiate and work closely with senior stakeholders in target prospects, ensuring commercially favourable outcomes for all parties.
  • Work closely with local markets helping them to develop effective sales collateral, prioritise target prospects, and negotiate with and onboard new partners.

Key requirements...
  • Strong experience in a hunter-type new business role, engaging senior stakeholders with the aim of establishing brand / commercial / strategic partnerships.
  • A strong understanding of the consumer space, particularly within digital and connected services - The strategic aim of this role is to grow the businesses' proposition in the consumer space. We need someone who understands and has experience developing partnerships in this area.
  • Significant drive to exceed targets and expectations. There is a lot of scope for growth in this role and a huge market to expand into. We are looking for someone who is keen to grab the opportunity and overachieve.
