Job Description

The Change Partners are currently working with an iconic brand who are looking to hire a Head of Programs and Commercial Operations (Program/Operations/Chief of staff) opportunity.

The role is a blend of working with c-suite across all parts of the business bringing together strategy, teams and reporting as well as stakeholder management. Your role will be to ensure execution of strategies across multiple teams including Marketing, Digital, Technology, Operations and more. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Support delivery of C-suite program implementation across the business.
  • Help develop budget and P&L progress.
  • Ensure spending pricing and budgets are met and inline with expectations.
  • Present to SLT and support with reporting to the board, monthly. 
  • Work across multiple teams: Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Digital, Technology and more to ensure a unified approach.
  • Work with teams to sit help support technical conversations through to commercial teams and vice versa.
  • Coordinate and gather information on program success and report back internally, regularly.
Your background:
  • At least 5 years delivering multiple projects and programmes including commercial, budget/P&L focus.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple projects and teams. 
  • Executive facing, confident working with C-suite to align and progress programs.
  • Track record of delivering programs across mutliple BU's within a business both commercial, technical and marketing related.
  • Commercially savvy with strong gravitas.
