Job Description
The Change Partners are working with a Global and well-known Telecommunications brand who are hiring for a Product Manager.
Please note, there is 1 role available in Belgium and 1 role available in Germany.
The Product Manager will be responsible for end to end product development, through to product launch, go-to-market strategy and broader proposition development to help this brand continue to grow as they invest in to Europe.
Strategic Product Leadership
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage products from the initial concept phase through development, market debut, and subsequent performance tracking.
- Portfolio Expansion: Spearhead the creation and enhancement of Pay Monthly SIM plans, hardware offerings, broadband, and various over-the-top (OTT) services.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and maintain a product roadmap that bridges the gap between customer needs and corporate goals.
- Operational Projects: Direct the delivery of complex strategic initiatives in coordination with Project Managers to ensure roadmap milestones are met.
- Regulatory Oversight: Verify that all postpaid services adhere to industry-specific laws and internal policies to minimise compliance exposure.
Technical & Cross-Functional Execution
- Requirement Definition: Work with engineering and design teams to draft precise technical specifications and product requirements.
- Partner Integration: Coordinate with external vendors for key services such as credit checks, payment processing, and KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols.
- User Experience Mapping: Evaluate every stage of the customer journey to ensure a seamless transition into the Go-To-Market phase.
- Data-Driven Optimisation: Utilise performance metrics and KPIs to refine product profitability and overall effectiveness.
- Departmental Liaison: Act as the central hub between sales, marketing, legal, and customer care to ensure unified product delivery.
- Product Development: Continuously upgrade existing features based on direct user feedback and shifting market dynamics.
Your Background
- Industry Background: At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the telecom sector or a high-growth environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate complex data sets and customer insights into functional product improvements.
- Project Proficiency: A history of handling multiple simultaneous projects and delivering them within established budgets and timelines.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the platforms and emerging technologies that power modern postpaid mobile services.
- Communication Skills: The ability to present clear strategic updates and product concepts to senior leadership and technical staff.
