Retail Management and Market Analytics Manager

We are looking for a Korean-speaking Retail Management and Market Analytics Manager to play a central role in driving the strategic direction and decision-making through skilled data analysis.

You will join one of the world’s top consumer electronic brands and will primarily be focussed on leading all initiatives with Product Managers, Sales, Retail Marketing and other entities - with a pivotal focus on optimising and enhancing growth opportunities on retail channels.
 

This role will:

• Generate 3rd party market insights, using market sensing, and analysis to support senior management in making informed decisions.
• Analyse store and SKU data - lead all SKU optimisation analysis and drive improvements for inventory management. 
• Strategically select new product launches and premium placements in select stores to maximise sales potential and growth. 
• Oversee all reporting: eg. Stock-out, Dead inventory, KPI’s - whilst also tracking progress and identifying opportunity areas. 
• Work closely with the BSD and supporting with any ad-hoc requests.
• Key work stream will be supporting the Product Management team with financial planning, forecasting for months ahead. 

We are looking for:

• Korean language is essential.
• A highly skilled analytical expert, with over 5+ years experience in analytics and data.
• Confident communicator with the ability to interact with internal senior stakeholders.
• Proactive individual, able to work solely and part of a team - liaising with various HQ and ensure the local teams activate the data.
• Strong understanding of retail, sales and e-commerce.
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to present in a clear and precise way with an understanding of best practices.
• An ability to work in a fast-moving, ever-changing and complex organisation.

The role is based in the London area and is a hybrid role allowing you to work 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home.
