Job Description

Join a dynamic team at the forefront of their Retail Marketing innovation team in a tier-1 Consumer Electronics brand. This role offers you the chance to lead the execution of retail marketing strategies across multiple product categories, driving impactful in-store experiences for a global leader in the TC and audio-visual space.

You will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering the rollout of eye-catching fixtures and engaging messaging in retail displays. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Channel, Sales, Brand, PR, and Digital, as well as external agencies, to ensure seamless execution and standout results in the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact for a key retail partner, managing the relationship and all activities, including space negotiation, budget management, and project coordination.
  • Retail Strategy and Execution: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of new retail displays, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Field Teams, and external agencies to manage stock requirements, launch new product lines, and roll out promotional messaging.
  • Insight and Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends, gather insights from retail partners, and recommend new strategies to enhance in-store experiences.
  • Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process for retail spend, ensuring all internal processes are followed and expenditures are aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Project Management: Handle complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring all elements are coordinated for successful execution.
