Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Category Manager to join a high-growth D2C company.
This role sits at the heart of the Category Product Management function, owning category performance end-to-end, driving commercial growth, portfolio strategy, and cross-functional execution. We're looking for commercially sharp, consumer-curious individuals with strong ownership and the ability to operate across global and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own a product category end-to-end, from global strategy and portfolio architecture through to EU commercial activation and lifecycle management.
- Define and evolve category vision, portfolio architecture, and multi-year product roadmaps, adapting global strategy to regional market realities.
- Lead product innovation from brief to launch, including gap analysis, concept development, and cross-functional delivery with R&D.
- Own pricing principles and trade-up logic across SKUs, channels, and markets to protect category value and drive margin.
- Lead go-to-market planning and launch execution, ensuring commercial teams are equipped with product knowledge and clear positioning.
- Monitor category performance across key markets, tracking revenue, margin, return rates, and channel mix, and drive corrective actions.
- Act as the primary interface between global and regional teams, aligning strategy and feeding structured market intelligence into global decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- 5–10 years' experience in category management, product management, or commercial strategy, ideally within DTC, e-commerce, or FMCG.
- Proven track record managing complex multi-SKU consumer product portfolios across multiple markets or regions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, comfortable with performance data, business cases, and consumer research.
- Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of pricing, margins, and portfolio management.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive execution across sales, marketing, R&D, and finance.
- Strong communicator with the ability to align diverse, senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
