Key Responsibilities:
- Own category performance end-to-end with full responsibility for profitable growth, revenue, and margin expansion.
- Define and execute category strategy, adapting global assortment and portfolio direction to local market opportunities and customer needs.
- Drive pricing strategy across products and channels, balancing growth, competitiveness, and profitability through data-driven decision making.
- Lead go-to-market execution for new product launches in collaboration with product, sourcing, marketing, and UX teams.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including portfolio optimisation, SKU rationalisation, and phase-in/phase-out planning.
- Partner closely with marketing teams on campaign planning and promotional strategy to maximise commercial impact.
- Experience in category management, commercial strategy, or product management within eCommerce, DTC, retail, or consumer goods environments.
- Proven track record managing multi-SKU product portfolios and contributing directly to commercial or P&L performance.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of pricing, margins, portfolio management, and growth levers.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to turn customer insights and performance data into actionable strategies.
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, evolving environments.
