SI Solution Manager - ORAN/Radio

The Change Partners are working with a Tier-1 Consumer Electronics brand who are hiring in their Network/Telco business for a SI Solution Manager.

The SI Solution Manager will support European expansion of ORAN Networks Solutions, supporting 3rd party customer integrations.

Key responsibilities:

• Ownership of ORAN application and Hardware (Radio) Release management planning and alignment.
• Responsible for all ORAN application and hardware strategy and alignment.
• Ensure Client and Customer requirements are built in to release in order to ensure fulfilment of project delivery.
• Manage Radio and ORAN Hardware release risk and issue with 3rd party vendors and customers to ensure solutions are provided.
• Provide technical support to internal Design team, to help improve Design process.
• Align ORAN applications with customer-required security requirements and ensure aligned with the requirements of infrastructure projects.
• Be the client and 3rd party point of contact.
• Work with architexts to make sure LLD and HLDs are algined with end to end solution.
• Build relationships with 3rd party hardware suppliers and customer domain owners.
• Be the Subject matter expert for technical discussions and provide workable software release plan to mitigate risk.

Your background:

• At least 5 years working within ORAN network architecture and design for all technologies within telecommunications up to 5G and relevant specifications.
• Strong track record of delivering complex large scale multi-vendor system integrations, solution release processes and documentation.
• Experience designing multi-vendor netowrk virtualisation infrastructure solutions, such as Open RAN.
• High level of expertise across ORAN specifications and working with system integration team.
