Job Description

The Change Partners are currently working with a Global Consumer Electronics who are currently hiring for a SRM Sales Engineer.

The SRM Sales Engineer will support the sales team with onboarding new SRM partners through the solitons programme. Then leading technical discussions to understand client requirements, oversee delivery and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop SRM business opportunities end to end from strategy through to delivery working with the sales team.
  • Take the lead once clients are onboarded, overseeing technical discussion pre and post sales.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
  • Project manage and oversee implementation of clients technical SRM solutions and ongoing support.
  • Demonstrate and showcase how the SRM solution can overcome business challenges.
  • Work with Partners and be the go to technical expert.

Past experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience selling SaaS products, ideally SRM or SCM.
  • Strong understanding of business application within SRM/SCM.
  • End to end knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management and supply chain.
  • Effective customer relationship/management skills. 
  • Strong problem solving and solution building mindset.
