Job Description
We are looking for a Senior UK Country Growth Manager to join the Singapore Team of one of the fastest-growing lifestyle businesses in the region.
As Senior UK Country Growth Manager, you will oversee and be responsible for the eCommerce set-up, launch and growth of the business across the UK market.
We seek an experienced and highly commercial, hands-on eCommerce/DtC leader with significant launch and hyper-growth experience across the UK market.
This role will oversee the entire eCommerce sales funnel (top, middle, and bottom), establishing the business as a critical player in the UK market.

This role will oversee the entire eCommerce sales funnel (top, middle, and bottom), establishing the business as a critical player in the UK market.
This role will:
- Owning and being responsible for UK sales (multimillion budget).
- Create the overall growth strategy for the UK market.
- Understand and report the market and competitor dynamics on a deeper level.
- Manage the country’s performance channel strategy.
- Own the business planning initiatives and relevant levers to drive sales.
We are looking for:
- Strong UK market experience.
- Someone highly commercial
- Experienced at setting things up in the UK market
- Proven successful experience in GTM (Go to Market) Strategies. Clear examples with clear metrics for customer acquisition and sales.
- Experience in performance marketing.
- This person will initially come in as an individual contributor but will be required to scale up her/his team progressively.
- The team will comprise performance marketing, CRM, onsite marketing, and campaign specialists. It would be ideal if candidates had at least some knowledge of these different marketing elements (no need to be too hands-on, but some knowledge to lead will be great).
- Someone who is strategic and has a strong growth mindset as the primary role is to grow the business in the UK.
- Preferably someone with at least 9-10 years of experience.
- This role reports to the Head of Growth.
