Customer Success Manager – A world-leading eCommerce Analytics technology company are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Central London office.
Based near London Bridge with some travel to client sites, this is a critical role in the sale and post-sales management of their customers. As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts. You will also be responsible for owning and pursuing new leads to generate new business and manage the account once onboarded.

We are looking for someone with FMCG experience working in either a sales or category role, the ability to understand the customer’s needs and upsell where possible. You will also need a good understanding of both account and category management.
