Customer Success Manager – A world-leading eCommerce Analytics technology company are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Central London office.

Based near London Bridge with some travel to client sites, this is a critical role in the sale and post-sales management of their customers. As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts. You will also be responsible for owning and pursuing new leads to generate new business and manage the account once onboarded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure effective deployment and embedding of services into customer organisations.
  • Take ownership of leads and pursue them to win new business.
  • Generate new business and upsell into existing accounts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers: Understand and track their needs.
  • Generate senior management summary reports for selected customers.
  • Support the wider team with weekly product-testing schedule and report issues that need resolving to the Development team.

We are looking for someone with FMCG experience working in either a sales or category role, the ability to understand the customer’s needs and upsell where possible. You will also need a good understanding of both account and category management.
