B2B Channel Marketing Manager

A global leader in technology and lifestyle innovations is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join the B2B Channel Marketing team based in Surrey

You will have the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing operation, supporting the company’s indirect channel partners. As Channel Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for your assigned accounts, whilst ensuring that the marketing programme remains on brand and on message in order to deliver business growth.

Your key deliverables:

  • Ensuring the marketing performance of the B2B Indirect Channel, delivered directly through assigned Channel Partners.
  • Manage the full suite of channel activities: sales enablement, events, incentives, creative and PR.
  • Input into Channel Partner account plans and shape 360-degree channel marketing programmes.
  • Build weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual co-marketing and activation plans with nominated partners to create demand and sell-through for the portfolio of products.
  • Anticipate the competitive activity both in the market and channels, and plan for such events to limit the potential negative effect upon B2B sales.
  • Organise and attend weekly/monthly/quarterly marketing planning meetings with the key Channel partners.

As Channel Marketing Manager you will be working closely with the channel sales teams to drive commercial performance, as well as working with key stakeholders across the business to reach business goals.

We are looking for someone with broad online and offline marketing experience, who can deliver channel marketing activities and drive channel growth. You must be able to translate company and customer strategies into marketing plans, whilst having the confidence to manage the partners’ expectations to align with the business.

You will need to be an expert in communications, highly adaptable with the ability to succeed in highly complex and very fast paced environments.
