This role requires someone who has a great deal of tenacity, flexibility and imagination combined with an enthusiastic can-do attitude. You will have plenty of experience at creating, managing and directing content in various mediums across a mix of online channels, also for our Customer Support operations. You will be adept in articulating complex processes and procedures to a mainstream audience.
