Seeking an experienced digital insights manager to join the European team within a large global consumer brand.
The role will lead the social listening insight programme, to deliver actionable insight using cultural trends, brand equities and conversations. You'll use social insights to identify consumer needs, passion points and work with the different teams to translate into marketing and business strategies.
You will be required to work closely with the European Brand, Campaign and Digital teams and agencies on building social insight into campaigns. The role will also drive the CX on.Com agenda to develop best practice and strategy across the different European countries.
