Find your dream job

Alastair Amin at The Change Partners was brilliant to work with. He was diligent and offered helpful advise throughout the process.

Very supportive and communicative process. Camilla was very transparent from day 1 about the process & supported me through all parts of the hiring process with tips, constructive feedback and advice.

Really happy with Dylan’s help on finding me my perfect role. I was surprised by how professional and friendly he was as well as how communicate he was during the whole process. He updated me all throughout the whole hiring process and helped me prepare for interviews.
I strongly recommend.

I was strongly advised to speak to Tristan at The Change Partners after I was suddenly made redundant. They offer a unique recruitment service to others I have experienced and Tristan helped me to identify and rework my approach to job hunting and the content in my CV so that it resonates with what clients are looking for, in their own language.
I now feel better prepared than before at tackling the jobs market and landing a great role thanks to Tristans support.

Working with Camilla was so great! She was very informative of the role I was applying too and helped with the different stages of the interview process. She was kind, knowledgeable and keen on helping out.

Great team for managing me as a contractor and then providing recruitment services into the team. Every element of the team work well together from finance to contracting and general enquiries. Tristan, Ali and team keep things simple and don't over complicate with too much process. Also a nice touch is bringing the contractors together a couple of times a year to connect. Highly recommend

I came across The Change Partners on LinkedIn and was put in contact with Felipe who is a Senior Recruiter.

I am thrilled to recommend Felipe as a top-notch recruiter who has been instrumental in guiding me towards my career aspirations. Felipe's extensive knowledge and expertise in the industry have been invaluable throughout my job search journey.

Felipe's dedication to keeping me informed about the latest trends and opportunities in the job market has been commendable. His regular calls have not only provided me with valuable insights but also served as a tremendous confidence booster during challenging times.

Felipe is very kind and personable, he goes above and beyond by offering practical support tailored to my needs, ensuring that I am well-equipped to secure my next role. His proactive approach and genuine commitment to my success have truly set him apart as an exceptional recruiter.

In summary, I cannot speak highly enough of Felipe's professionalism, expertise, and unwavering support. I wholeheartedly recommend him and The Change Partners to anyone seeking a dedicated partner in their career journey.

I had the pleasure of working with Alastair and the Change Partners team during a pivotal moment in my career, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional guidance they provided. Their industry insights and professionalism were truly invaluable, and their willingness to share my CV with key contacts was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend The Change Partners to anyone seeking expert career advice and support in their career journeys.

Will post another review/update in the future but from what has attracted me to the company is:

A clear humanistic approach, your criteria is heavily considered.
Each team member is personable and come off as genuine.
You're not put forward for every role. Which is a good thing. Too many recruiters will push you for positions that you'll most likely not get or may not have a desire for.

Felipe is my introduction to the company and I hope to say will owe a lot more to him pending the company's endeavours for me.
A great, friendly individual who clearly communicates with his clients in an effective and amicable manner.

I've worked with The Change Partners from an in-house recruiter perspective, they are all very professional and work really hard to meet your expectations. I would highly recommend them to work with as a company or an individual looking for a new role you wouldn't be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of working with Dylan as my recruiter, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Dylan's professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for my job search and its unique situation stood out from the start.

He understood my preferences, provided updates, and gave valuable feedback. His attention to detail ensured I was well-prepared at every stage.

Dylan's professionalism, integrity, and respect was much appreciated. He was always available to address my concerns and offer guidance.

Thank you Dylan, for your exceptional support. You're a true asset to the industry!

Great agency to work with - I recently got my second role through them! Billie was a star from start to finish, working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep me updated, secure interview dates and thankfully helping me get the role!

As a candidate, my experience of working with Al and Tristan was brilliant. They were really informed about the process and decision making, gave great CV pointers and interview prep advice and most importantly, kept me updated with calls and emails throughout. I couldn't recommend them more.

Wholeheartedly recommend The Change Partners and a specific callout to Ben - quite simply, he’s the best consultant I have worked with.

Ben is completely on the top of his game - responsive, knowledgable, insightful. He ensured I was informed, prepped and aware throughout the recruitment process, whilst also bringing a human touch to the whole experience. He’s a credit to The Change Partners - comfortably my best experience I have had with any recruitment company.

Only positive things to say about The Change Partners and, more specifically, Alastair.

They contacted me about a Senior Product/Change role for a large consumer electronics company - mainly due to my background in IoT and Product leadership. They kept me up to date, informed, and prepared at all stages and, when I had reservations, gave me genuine advice rather than railroading me towards a desired outcome.

Even more valuable for me, and where I can't thank Alastair enough, was his going the extra mile to review and critique my CV and help me to rebuild it with my value and achievements front and center. It was absolutely priceless and I can confidently say I feel like my CV is an asset going forward. If Alastair offers a CV review: bite his arm off!

I only have great things to say about Change Partners. When we were setting up shop in the UK, I met Felipe at a WeWork, and he was a game changer for us. He quickly figured out what our team was missing and helped us find the perfect fit.

I really recommend Change Partners to anyone. They're not just about filling a spot; they're about finding someone who really gets your vision and fits in with your team like they've always been there. They know their stuff, are super easy to work with, and genuinely care about making things work for you.

If you're looking to boost your team or get your business to the next level, give Change Partners a shout. They're the kind of help you'll be glad you got

I have had a great experience with Marc from The Change Partners. He was supportive, easy to talk to, empathetic and very knowledgeable about the industry. I would recommend Marc and his group to anyone especially in the field of data analytics and insights.

Change partners is the best agency I have worked with so far. Camilla helped me place in my dream profile and job and was very thorough with every little detail. She helped me with the material and guidance through all the stages of the interviews. She was extremely patient in answering all my queries and she made sure she ran through my presentations and helped me be well prepared for each stage. I have had a very positive experience working with Camilla being my support throughout until I got the final offer. I would also like to mention that Tristan was also extremely helpful in answering my queries after the job offer and it’s unlike any other agency I have worked in my entire career. They really do take good care of their candidates.

I could not thank enough to my recruiter Dylan, he was super helpful to me during entire interview process, he helped me get well prepared interviews in advance, followed up so closely with hiring manager on every step, He made me feel he works harder than me to get the job! if you are looking for a new job, I highly recommend Dylan to be your recruiter.

An ex-colleague put me in touch with Tristan at The Change Partners & from the get go I was impressed by his honesty about the job market and advice on how to best proceed securing a new role. Despite having several promising conversations with a number of other recruitment consultancies, The Change Partners were the only consultants to stay in regular contact and share multiple roles with me.

Through Camilla I secured an interview for a global brand. Camilla was great at coaching me through the process including some great presentation tips, which clearly paid off as I secured the role and start tomorrow.

I’m really pleased I was introduced to The Change Partners and would recommend Tristan, Camilla and the rest of team there to anyone.

I was introduced to The Change Partners through a friend and have been so impressed by the team & ethos. Billie, Tristan and Felipé approach their work very differently to other consultants. They work with you and guide you in a very empathetic, human way. Thank you so much for including me in your talent community!

Lauren and The Change Partners team are doing things differently! It's been delightful working together to seek out new talent & develop my own.

I've worked with Tristan and his team on both sides of the fence, and always had an excellent experience. When I've been recruiting they have always shown and demonstrated a strong understanding of my requirements, and supportive in refining the profile to ensure the right candidates. And when supporting me in my job search they have been very honest and constructive in our conversations.

I've been offered a position in a company which I always wanted to work with, and I'd like to give special thanks to my recruiter, Billie, for bringing me this precious opportunity.

At first I wasn't even sure if I would be a right candidate for the role, and Billie patiently explained to me about the requirements of the position and gave me a lot of encouragement, information and advice throughout the interview process. I will definitely recommend The Change Partners to everyone.

I first came in contact with Change Partners in 2021 and have worked with Ben, Alastair and most recently Tristan on separate occasions. Regardless of who I've engaged with, they have consistently been attentive, very responsive and fully committed in supporting me with my career aspirations. I have recently been seeking my next opportunity and Tristan has been invaluable. He was always on hand to share his expertise throughout the entire lifecycle from 'job search stage' to 'offer stage' and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend Change Partners to anyone entering the job market, their personalised and tailored approach to recruitment is what I see as their USP and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future.

This is a reflection of my personal experience in a hiring capacity as a client that engaged the services of The Change Partners Recruitment team.

My mandate was to drive the digital transformation and deliver a step change in direct-to-consumer revenue growth, so it was critical to hire the right people that had the expertise and also fit into our unique company culture.

The Change Partners were able to find the perfect ‘fit’ as they had Digital Marketing experience and a considered approach that meant they really understood our requirements and unique company culture.

I credit Tristan and his team for sourcing many of our roles as we expanded the entire Digital Marketing function. They were able to source excellent candidates for all levels, from Directors to Managers.

Finally, throughout our 4 year journey, I would say that working with Tristan and his team has felt more like an extension of our team than a traditional recruitment agency. I have no hesitation in recommending The Change Partners when you want to find the right talent for your organisation.

Tristan at The Change Partners is the best. Both time I have needed representation, he has taken the time to review my position, understand my needs and advised on how to improve my CV and narrative. He is incredibly well connected, considered and generous. Not only does he make you feel better at times you really need it; he provides practical, actionable advice: he genuinely cares at a deep level and is a rare and exceptional individual. The best.

I was so lucky to have worked with Camilla at The Change Partners! Right from the beginning, she was extremely supportive in the recruitment process for my current role at Samsung. She was super helpful in the advice she gave to me and how readily available she was when I needed any help and her level of communication was phenomenal. I could really feel her passion for helping people such as myself reach their full potential in their career! I’m very grateful to have been headhunted by such an amazing representative at The Change Partners, once again, thank you Camilla!

These soulful people gave me the best experience during my employment process. So much caring, friendly, sincere, genuine and professional. I am so grateful to come a cross with them. I now have a prestigious job in a global company. I am so excited 🤗 I am so grateful 🙏🏻 so much special thanks to Felipe, Tom and Dylan. You guys are doing your job heart fully 💐💗

The team and my contact Dylan take a fresh, inspiring approach to recruitment. Proactive consultation on perfecting resume to be distinctive, results & success focused for stand out in employer consideration.

They work to your ambitions and aspirations. I look forward to moving forward with Dylan and the team and would recommend to peers and colleagues as unlike other headhunter I’ve worked with in the best possible way.
