Meet the team: Camilla Slais
Camilla Slais, Senior Consultant at the Change Partners shares the advice she holds dear and what excites her about her role.
In what kind of family did you grow up?
I grew up in a close loving family and am very close with my parents and two older sisters. I have very traditional family values and we enjoy spending time with each other.
How did these experiences mould and shape you into your work life today?
I grew up with lots of love and support and am very grateful for everything and the life I have. My family have high values and respect and honesty is a key rule in our house and that has lead me to be a honest and respectful person.
Early mentors?
It’s no surprise to anyone that knows me, but my Father is a huge mentor and role model for me. Sacrifices everything for his family and put our needs above his.
Do childhood friends and siblings feel surprised to see you in the role you enjoy today and if so, why?
No because I love the sound of my own voice and talking, meeting people and making money
What books exist on your bookshelf?
Harry Potter, it’s a classic and I am a big fan.
How did you come about working at the Change Partners?
A close family friend referred me to Tristan and it went from there.
At what point might you feel you’ve met true success?
When I reach financial freedom

It’s constantly changing, adapting and growing with the trends.

I try not to worry about anything, I take life each day at a time.
